What you are buying

A single payment of €19 (all taxes included) for Founding Member access to Marama Life. It is not a subscription: nothing is charged again, and there is nothing to cancel.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Marama Life is digital content supplied immediately: at checkout you ask for access to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

In practice we are generous. If you ask within 14 days of your payment and you are not satisfied, we refund you in full, no questions asked. Your account reverts to the Free plan and your data stays intact.

How to request a refund

Open Feedback & Support inside Marama Life, or reply to your payment receipt, and include the email address on your account. We confirm within 3 working days.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued by our payment processor, Stripe, to the original payment method. Banks typically show the amount within 5 to 10 working days. Once a refund is processed, Founding Member access is removed automatically and your seat is returned to the founding pool.

After 14 days

Later requests are considered case by case — for example a duplicate payment, which we always refund in full.
